Jacen is not a counter. More than likely, he will take 20 from his allies dying, then a Twin will finish him off before even gets close to him. _________________ Come join the Star Wars Mini Plaground on Decktech.

Yeah, he can do it once, if he lives to get in range, which is highly doubtful. _________________ Come join the Star Wars Mini Plaground on Decktech.

Jacen is not that great for it. Jania is much better with double and cunning. Especially if you bring her Father into the mix. Rebel Hero or Scoundrel, either way it works. _________________ Maul: "What could you hate enough to destroy me?"

there's always using either the skiff and somebody like Lord Vader, or Bane, or R2-D2 (the astromech droid with the toe-cable) and Windu or Yoda, and taking either one of those combinations and fielding them with a couple of cheap expendable units (like ewoks) with the Muun Tactics Broker who has
Special Abilities
Tactics Broker: (once per round, before initiative is determined, choose 1 other character in your squad. Remove that character from play; that character is defeated. An opponent's initiative check result automatically become 1.)
Of course the same idea could be applied to a squad WITH Boba Fett just to make sure he got to do his killing first…………as if he wasn't ALREADY pumped up enough.
i do realize that i have resurrected this thread but i believe that with the addition of the new sets of SW minis that it is important to collaborate on new methods of fighting against Boba Fett who in my opinion remains the most broken miniature in the game. |

With the Mon tactics broker the FU Bobba is better because of the intuition move. I own both Bobba's and I perfer using the FU version because I dont feel as dirty as I do when I use the BH version! _________________ Press 1 for American

How 'bout some good old-fashioned Lightning from NSW's and/or Palpy?
"... as dirty", gaming-brother?

I think by now most people have figured out how to deal with Boba BH, but he's still a staple of the game, and it's a rare gaming night when at least someone isn't using him. The Legacy Tyranus does the job VERY well with his Force Lightning and solid melee skills. As does the Unleashed Apprentice. One of my proudest gaming moments was taking him down with Shaak Ti Jedi master. At that point, I realized that she was my favorite character in all the sets. _________________ "The Dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural." |
