Never really used HPU until this latest set. Force Push 4's unlimited range makes all the difference. Cool

Indeed. Pushing squads are really powerful, but then again it seems you are making a squad to counter GMLS. And I'm not saying it's ineffective against other squads, it's quite potent against many things. Beware of Vong and Thrawn.

Used what you mentioned as the basis of a push squad I'm trying this weekend:
Vaders Apprentice Redeemed: 48
Yoda of Dagobah: 36
Luke HPU: 28
General Rieekan: 14
Rebel Commado Pathfinder: 11
Ithorian Commander: 11
R2-D2 with Extended Sensor: 9
Wookiee Commando: 9
4x Aqualish Assassins: 28
2x Ugnaut Demolitionists: 6

200 Points total. 14 activations

Vong are gonna be tricky, but it should be an effective squad against just about all others.

Just remember that Luke HPU can shoot. (no melee) Wink

I know! And since this Luke has a GREAT attack for his cost, he's well worth having.

I'm with you guys on this....Luke, HPU is a highly underrated figure that doesn't see a lot of play around my gaming circuit. I guess that's just because there's like 20 Lukes to choose from....

The best way to re-introduce a figure is to play him against your regular gaming friends, and totally OWN with it. Luke HPU can easily accomplish this, especially with the great support that the Rebels can provide for him.
